Truelife International manufacture of Healthcare products acquired epoxy floor laid with (anti slip out), new premises needing the renovation of a large industrial floor where the old coatings had failed with cracks and damaged concrete.
When Pressco refurbished an old existing unit they were faced with a floor that did not meet their requirements. The old floor coating had to be removed by back to clean concrete, damaged areas repaired and a new floor coating laid.
Tech Engineering wanted to showcase their factory floor with an anti-slip, easy to clean flooring system. The floor was diamond grinded, washed and scrubbed to remove any fine dust. A coat of epoxy primer, a top coat of high build epoxy coating laid and finished with a two pack polyurethane.
