Tip Trailer Services is Europe’s leading supplier of trailers, tankers including maintenance damage repair, fleet management and telematics wanted a new coating which would be hardwearing with good chemical resistance. Tip Trailers required a fast track flooring system where sections of the factory had to be completed and retuned to service within 24 hours.

Solution: The floor was diamond grinded back to clean concrete with all old coating removed, washed and scrubbed to remove any fine dust. A coat of epoxy primer, a top coat of high build epoxy coating in fast cure.
